Payments
When seeking therapy, many people have questions about payment and insurance reimbursement. I also offer reduced rates for those individuals without insurance or unable to pay the total amount.
My direct rate is $175. I accept credit cards and cash. I also accept some insurance. I am considered a behavioral health provider, so some insurance will have different benefits for these services versus medical services.
You are responsible for knowing your insurance benefits. If you do not know what behavioral health benefits you have, you can call your insurance company and ask about the specifics of your plan.
Insurance currently accepted include(s):

Premium
Your insurance premium is the amount of money an insurance company charges for coverage. This is generally a monthly payment that is automatically withdrawn from a paycheck and sometimes subsidized by an employer.
Deductible
A deductible is an amount a policyholder agrees to pay before the insurance company covers a service. Some plans have a family deductible where all family members' services contribute to the deductible. Other plans have individual deductibles in which each family member has their own separate deductible.
Copay
A copayment or copay is a set amount you pay each time you receive a service. It can vary in amount depending on whether you are filling a prescription, seeing your primary care doctor, or are seeing a specialist.
Co-insurance
After you have met your deductible, the coinsurance is a percentage of the service that you are required to pay. This can be anywhere from 10% to 30% of the service fee each time you receive that type of service.
Out-of-Pocket Max
This amount is the most you’ll pay each year toward costs including your deductible, copay, and coinsurance.
